You are looking one of the first pieces featuring Asgard, a Carrier over 4km in length with a displacement of nearly a million tonnes.

Lets hope if there is Homeworld 3 (or a similar game) the graphics look like this... with major wreckage after ship destruction too! Great work :)

Its a nicely rendered image. But this design is just a slight reworking of a Bioware design for Mass Effect. This must of come into your mind when drawing it.

Isn't the mass effect mass relay just a reworked Halo energy sword?

My actual references for this design was the bentus mother ship - [link] - didn't actually know about the mass effect design until I received on of the comments below.

A million tonnes is very little for a ship of that size. I would expect about a billion tonnes.

maybe, I'll have to do the math. Most aircraft carriers only have a tonnage of 80,000 tonnes. :)
